The Heat This Week's Been Giving Me Mad Diarrhea!!!

I must not be drinking enough water and getting a little dehydrated or something. I can't go too far away from my house before my anus starts twitching warning me of the upcoming butt mud. Last night I went to the gym to train legs and almost dropped a half gallon of pea soup on the floor of the squat cage. I've had more diarrhea lately than that week that I ate all those Breakfast Jacks from Jack In The Crack (http://www.hungangels.com/vboard/showthread.php?t=49486).

With all the shit thats been posted around here the last couple of weeks, i find this strangely refreshing! :shrug
