I asked in last thread and I guess I'll ask once more before I drop it altogether.
How are you going about losing the weight? Diet? Exercise? What's the current regime?
I ask this because I'm trying to get in shape myself and just curious about your progress and seeing if I can get any tips with it as you are looking great from the last picture you posted.

It mentioned Trimspa in her title, not sure if that's what it was though

She wasn't clear about it :/
*shrugs*
Hope it's not Trimspa as that stuff is pretty unhealthy for you. Plus, if you stop taking it the weight will just come right back. It then becomes a catch 22 because you want to keep taking it to keep the weight off, but it is bad for the body. Though, if you stop taking it you just end up putting the weight right back on. I guess what I'm saying is there isn't really a quick fix for it. Kinda hoping she's doing it a healthy way like diet and exercise. In which case I'd be interested to hear (especially about the diet part as I love to find out good healthy recipes from people).

I wasn't sure about Trimspa, I know there are probably some semi/good cooks on here, maybe you start a thread on the topic, I don't think I'm qualified, but I know what I like(whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lots of water)

I've been trying lose weight by dieting a lot better (cut out all junk food / soda / eating out). I tend to eat a lot of fruits (love grapes and peaches). Also a lot more vegetables. I eat meat solely as it's required for the protein and easily accessible at work (well chicken atleast). I just grill it, sometimes I marinate it if I find something that isn't crazy high in calories and tastes good. Otherwise I just grill it plain. I thought about trying to go vegetarian or vegan, but it's just not feasible at work with having to cook for not just myself. It'd be a lot more work cooking multiple separate meals. I will eventually, probably when I get a better job and have done more research as to how to do it healthily. I also try to exercise a lot. I usually post on a few other forums for advice on what to do and was lead in what seemed to be a good direction. Developed a good routine that works for me. I usually tend to a little bit more then what they recommended for me for the exercise (ex. instead of running 20-30minutes, i do 30-40minutes). It seems to be working relatively well, but progress is slow and the task is rather daunting. I hate working out everyday, but after going at it for the past month it's become routine. I try to keep my blog updated as it helps to motivate me. At the moment I'm down about 15lbs. My stomach definitely looks a lot better then it used to which is something that keeps me stoked about it.

You have to keep it up, it is a lifestyle, not a quick fix.....sounds like ur on the right track

@ Yoite

have tried going to the gym in addition? I'd suggest you go and ask someone there to teach you _proper_ barbell back squat and deadlift. You wouldn't need to do much more gymwise. Nutrition, less pasta rice potatoes bread, more beef chicken vegetables. No need for atkins fanatism though.

Some say that that zone diet and crossfit together is best for losing weight fast. But if you want something more longterm, it's better to just alter lifestyle in general like pasta2000 said.

also, i usually follow this pretty religiously:

(though instead of 3-4 sets, i do 5 sets for resistance training; also instead of 20-30min cardio, i do 30-40, sometimes an hour, everyday without a day for rest)

Whenever you have those glasses on, I get turned on. It's hard to say anything objective when you are wearing them!

Still, I'd go for heavy barbell exercises rather than ab crunches etc. They help build more muscle and more muscle burn more fat. The thing is that those crunches don't burn fat around stomach. They might help build six pack but one can't see the six pack if there's fat over it.

But you seem to do fine with your program? I'm no expert so I this is just laymans rambling...
