Can transsexuals breast feed? I've seen them lactate in porn but can they actually breast feed?

I'm sure they can. If the breasts are home grown at least.

Yes they can.

Some years ago an English national newspaper published a story about a young woman who was breast-feeding her baby. Nothing extra-ordinary about this except that the woman in question was a male-to-female transsexual who had begun female hormone treatment simultaneously with his/her wife becoming pregnant. She was now happily and enjoyably sharing nursing duties, even in public places such as a busy restaurant. The story was inevitably intended to be rather sensationalist, but probably even many transsexual women reading it were rather surprised to learn that their breasts may well be capable of the natural function that they are intended and designed for.

Yes but;

- Should screen for HIV first since breastmilk can transmit the virus.
- Should make sure no medications that contaminate breastmilk are being taken (that includes spiro...).

But the same can be said for anyone considering breastfeeding. It would be reckless for a GG to let someone consume their milk without screening for HIV or checking to make sure their drugs won't harm the infant. Better err on the side of caution.

Have you ever tasted breast milk? If kids could talk sooner, they'd say keep that shit away from me!

As Sarah almost said, "Better err on the side of carton"!

If they didn't want it, they are pretty able to let us know. I can't stand the taste personally, way too sweet.

Funny you mention that. I have heard GGs who have breastfed remark about how men are likely to like the taste of their breastmilk & tend to find it sweet-tasting... while women tend to find it disgusting and don't like the taste. Don't know if that's at all true tho

Unless the milk is being produced in a country where injecting hormones in livestock producing diary goods is unregulated (think most third world countries + the US + China). There's a reason why in some countries diary consumption has been linked to testicular cancer, and there's a reason why some countries have had "isolated instances" where hormone contamination in milk caused early onset puberty. How early you ask? There have been cases of girl infants and toddlers getting their period because of unsafe agriculture practices (http://www.google.com/#hl=en&expIds=25657,25856,25940,26512&sugexp=ldymls&tok=BRq55YUUja0hQ41KOpXt8A&xhr=t&q=milk+baby+puberty&cp=17&pf=p&sclient=psy&safe=off&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=milk+baby+puberty&gs_rfai=&pbx=1&fp=7b3e9e0669ddb0a1) (this probably has implications for boys having problems with gynecomastia too but you don't hear about that as much). When screened for disease and drugs, human breastmilk is probably safer since the mother can always monitor what she eats to prevent problems like this. Do you know what goes into the milk you drink?

I'm sure the market will find a way to fix problems like that when they rise out of unregulation. If anything it creates jobs by giving plastic surgeons male patients who need breast reductions, and cancer clinics for males who need testes removed & middle aged women in need of mastectomies.

Nothing in particular, I just find it interesting how some people seem to really like the taste of it, and some people find it repulsive.

Maybe you had some traumatic event when you were breastfeeding as a baby and that's why you don't like it?
