There's a noticable difference between the two sets of photos. Much less swelling, and all things being equal, that should continue to decrease, hopefully at a fairly rapid pace. Surgery is always a big deal, no matter what it is, so I have to say well done to you, and best wishes for the future.

Ok here is a few webcam pics i snapped last week ...the healing is going ok i guess i am no pain ...

My jawbone just aches alot and my mouth is itchy i guess thats where the sticthing was placed ....

As you can see in the pics I have posted below the 3main areas of change are - Nose is now very different ...the top lip has been lifted and made to pout better, though both my lips are still swollen still :( And my Jaw has been massively changed it is no longer square, even with the swelling you can see the new shape forming ..

I will take some more pics today as i have started to webcam again lastnight so will take some nice new snaps with some warpaint on :)

My surgeon was Dr Chettawutt in Bangkok ...he was great ...

I am just bored sitting about at home now, as i have to take it easy .. though i started webcamming lastnight again so that was ok , just do an hour at a time then increase from there i think ..

Liberty honey, Don't do anything to your ass or hips please. If you do something then look into fat grafting. Take it from me. Just do Squats, Deadlifts, Leg Presses and leg curls. I can type up a routine for you =P You still have my support no matter what road you take =D

oh and I used to play Warhammer 40k, I had an orc army. I couldn't get into it though at the time. I was too busy competing in MTG (Magic The Gathering). Yes I am a geek as well

As you can see my jaw/chin is still puffy but its getting there and the nose has taken its new shape well i think..

thanks guys xxx yeah its kind of strange as at a glance i dont see any difference its only when i stop and look its like woaa my chin is diff,my jaw is round, my lips now have a pout and my nose is just weird lol the family nose is no more hehe

but i am very happy thus far with how its healing ...i will probably need a little neck lift in feb/march to just tighten up teh skin underneath abit as they cut away alot of my jaw so i dont want a slack neck line lol not that its bad at all ...but i want it to be really sharp and neat :)

but thanks all xx i think dr chettawut did an amazing job with my jaw as a few people stated i did have a square/masc jaw line but i think he obliterated it utterly and the new one is very soft ..

reactions in public have been great so far ,, getting alot of nice compliments outside which is nice ...

Yes patience is needed indeed to stomach transitioning as its hard to see yourself at point A and know you are going to be Point C eventually but it will just take a few years :)

I have been very lucky with the results so far with surgeries as you hear many girls complain about needing revisions etc .. I do think alot of it also has to do with your real expectations .. and i mean in this that i went into having ffs not seeing it as a "Instant I pass as a girl" as that would be just insane to think that ... I viewed it as it will enhance my femme traits i have and demasculine as much of my male traits that are physically possibe in a safe way ...

So when i had my consultations etc i had some photos of females i liked certain angles etc ,, that i thought had similar shape structures to me ... From this my surgeon was able to tell me the truth on yes that is possible that is not etc ...

right i did attempt a solo scene a week ago, it was semi ok , face is still abit puffy for shooting ...but some of them came out ok ....

I am now going to be shooting again in 14th december as that would be another 3weeks of healing :) ... i have a hardcore scene with the gorgeous usa pornstar morgan layne while she is in london, and a solo i will do for my xmas updates ..
