Who cares? This isn't Shakespeare or Edward Albee. It is supposed to be funny and fun and light hearted entertainment. All the girls look lovely and kudos to showtime for taking the risk of actually putting real transsexuals on tv. It's not 'serious' dramatic work, but it's not supposed to be. Showtime has often taken risks with reality shows like Seymore Butts show, etc.

They all look beatiful and look like they are having a good time.

The great thing about this show is that it signifies times are changing. During my career, I had countless meetings with producers, countless pitches about these type of shows, with great ideas-and everytime they loved it but it everyone was always afraid and it was a no. I can't tell you how many times I was in the cast of something or other (under consideration) until it came to the final descision by the head and it was always no because of the usual reasons.
