Getting my picture up so everyone see me - help needed

How can i put picture of myself on my profile, so when i send a message people be able to see my picture next to it ?
I have set a few pictures up in my folder but when im sending a message i would like people to be able to see myself, as im proud to be associated with Transgender girls.
Appreciate the help.

Its ok people as you see i have managed to do it now, cool, this is a Thai Transexual i met when was out in Thailand and spent some time with a very beautiful girl both inside and outside
