There's no right or wrong answer here, because believe it or not, you are entitled to have personal preference.

I'm just curious where some of you fall in the spectrum.

So, does a TS that might have a masculine sounding voice, whether it be in person or in video. bother you and/or turn you off personally?

(first poll since site change, so bear with me if it's messed up)

A masculine sounding voice is a turn off for me.

I don't care about anyones voice it only matters if she is a nice person on this inside but really that is no way anyone can say a masculine voice bothers them when they say they like ts penis they could but it would be hysterical.

If the body is right and the pussy is good... No. She has to shut her ass up in public tho.

No, not really.
It's nice if she sounds fem, but, i'd rather her natural voice than something squeaky. :shrug

As long as they don't sound like Jack Klugman, I'm OK too

Armanixxx, what situation are we talking about exactly here? do you mean going out with a man-voiced tranny? Or watching a porn flick?

I am just asking bc we both know damn well there will be (and are already) replies in this thread stemming from eternal virgins who will never have the balls nor the means to see a TS in the flesh, yet will babble something along the lines of "oh no doesnt bother me at all!"

Or a gravely voice saying - "Can I get you a glass of water?"

Are we talking Dr. Girlfriend or Sally Kellerman?

lol

it doesn't bother me in general, as in when i hang out with casual ts friends n stuff it's not like i'm embarassed or anything if they have masculine voices. but if we're talking about potential gf material, then a non-masculine voice is a must for me.

you're voice is not really that masculine, raspy maybe. I am pretty sure we are talking about a voice like mine.

Dkg

If it's slightly masculine, then no, but if it's deeper than mines or even on the same leves then yeah, it's a huge turn off. I want to be with a woman, therefore I would expect her to look and sound like a woman at least mostly.

She doesn't have to be able to sing but I would prefer a feminine voice.

Does a masculine voice bother me? Kinda, its not my preferance. But if I liked the girl and was thinking about dating her, it wouldn't stop me.

Two major turn offs for me are deep voice, and facial hair.
I'm sorry....

Rachael Ray is a GG who has a gravelly voice, but still sounds feminine. SOme Tgirls out here sound ridiculous, but luckily every TG I've found attractive has a fem voice.

I thought hormones helped to soften a TG's vocal chords, figuratively speaking??

You're right i've never seen "TS" in the flesh nor would i probably go out seeking a "TS" because i view them as women and not some sub division of real women that i need to throw in people faces they are real women to me.

I really hope guys don't think they're anything special or should be given a medal because you've taken a "TS" out because if you view them as real women you wouldn't give a shit nor would you use that as ammo at people, you went on a date with a woman big frelling deal.

Like i said before i wouldn't care what "anyone" sounded like as long as they're a overall nice person.

Either or both...whatever you feel is more relevant for you.

I am not really turned on by a masculine voice on a woman, whether that woman is TS or GG.

To some guys, whether in a porn movie, on a hooker date, or a regular dinner/dancing date, a TS's voice does matter.
It's more of a preference, and you can't tell someone what their preference should or shouldn't be.

That's just how it works.

You can like whatever you want i'm just giving my opinion it just doesn't make sense to make a big deal about how manly anyones voice is when you like her most manly part.

Not liking a manly voice on someone who claims that they're a girl, makes absolute sense.

For alot of guys,

They are struggling with that part (cock) too.

And for many of them, if they hear a more masculine TS voice, I imagine that it reinforces the stigma of "this is a man" or "this was once a man"....almost like it's a constant reminder, and for those who don't have alot of experience and/or are new to this, I could see how it could bother them.

I'm talking about psychological aspect here.

There are quite some genetic females that have deep voices, and there are some post ops too that reveal their past to a trained ear.

Plus, a tranny with a manly voice shows she is kinda sloppy bc voices can be trained a lot

Yeah same here. Kat Von D is another GG that has a deep voice and she just totally turns me off every time I hear her talk.

Nope. It takes practice. So the next time you meet a girl with a pretty voice, make sure she knows that you know and appreciate how she got it. :)

Have you ever met a woman in real life? You'd have a better chance of getting her to stop breathing than talking .... :hide-1:

If a voice triggers those kind of emotions in someone they probably shouldn't be going out and seeking "TS" anyway because some could be in the process of transitioning or might not develop a feminine voice at all but it still doesn't change the fact that they are women. If you like "TS" and truly understand them you probably haven't to accept the fact that they might have a masculine voice afterall they were kind born in the wrong body.
