90% ? I would say closer to 100%, silly question really. From my experience a lot of girls talk about their alter egos in the 3rd person too, I think it's a way to distance their personal selves from their working life and reaffirm that what they do is just a job.

If you do porn and want your real life clients to be guys that watch your porn then you use the same Aliases. There are negatives and positives to this. The positive is that it's marketing! You will be able to charge more for being a known porn star. The bad side is, what if you have a crazy stalker? Then again that's the game isn't it. You make the most when you're fearless. I would do this option if I was escorting away from my home town. You don't want people to know where you live =X

If you use Seperate Aliases and blur out your face or put hair in your face for your escort photos you're going to be able to see more local people. There are still dangers in this line of work PERIOD so pick your poison.

Exactly. It's all about compartmentalizing. I'm very adamant about being called by my real name when I'm in private or dealing with friends, so if someone calls me Bella, I know that they're either a fan or someone that I didn't like upon our first meeting. :P
