How do I attach an avatar?

if the pic doesnt need to be resized and is posted online: u just right click on it and scroll down to properties....... when the window pops up copy the url address.....then go to your profile screen on hungangels and paste it in the avatar box and click submit....

I must be a total retard (not really but I am part Polish). I am doing what the instructions in this thread tell me, but it still won't upload. I have the pic in my gallery (88pixles x 88pixles) 12kb so it fits all of the criteria.

Pleeze help
