Nobody uses it.

Either you have a strong will so you will ignore the ones you dont like anyways, or you are weak minded so you will never be able to pass on what a certain someone that bugs you says.

the media hate arsenal... it's a big conspiracy theory to stop us dominating football.

I use it, it keeps the annoying dung flys from buzzing around.

But some buttons are hard to ignore.

It's the like the myth of being "mildly bi" combined with the myth of being a "primary transsexual". Whatever helps you sleep at night. ;)

See, an excellent example. I can tell that hideous freak, who stalks me and has to post some kind of super ignorant shit everytime after I post, was here. I can tell because the ugly motherfucker's name is on the main page.

The really nice thing is I can't tell what it said because of the ignore button. Sweet!

Sometimes a fresh breeze will topple even the most carefully constructed house of cards. The ignore button is just a way of shutting the doors and the windows.

The ignore function is without a doubt the best feature of the new forum. Without it, I'd be long gone.

I don't know...for the most part the ignore button seems kind of pointless,..to me.

Reminds me of young children who when they don't like what someone's saying close their eyes, cover their ears...and go "la,la,la,la,la,la,la,.....".

As someone who mostly just lurks (unless, like now, I feel compelled for whatever reason to post), I find it useless. I DO understand and appreciate it's function as it's used on other forums, but here, I really don't care. Frankly, I find the stupid drama amusing.

Who wants to NOT know what people are saying about them?

DL_NL

Not the people on my Ignore list, I don't. Why should I care about what some rude and/or stupid idiot behind a computer has to say about me?
