Take a roll of Andrex (or any other good quality toilet tissue) and rub it over your chest three times a day.
You'll get great results...I mean, look what it's down for your ass! :whistle:

there are some herbals that increase estrogen like black cohash and some that block conversion of testosterone to stronger variants like saw palmento. the problem is that herbals are not regulated and you really don't ever know what all is in it or how much.

There is also medications that increase estrogen as a side effect. prob the best example is cimetidine (tagamet) which is known to cause significant gyneocomastia (breast developement) in men.

ok thanks alot was curious before i went shopping at gnc and got lots of herbs if they would have an effect
