I was a client of hers 3 years ago. Amazing experience. She looked as good as her pics and was quite functional. She did claim that a lot of people on CL were giving her problems and asked if I could post a positive review, which I gladly did. Other thing I know about her is that she got arrested for assault in Phoenix a few years ago. I saw the mug shot so I know it's true.

I got tested a year ago for all STDs - results were negative. Been MIA since out of fear of high risk activities. I hope she's OK and this is just CL BS.

That ad seems like a highly dubious source to base any assertions on. That's a very old photo used in it btw. Apart from anything else, if someone wished to advertise themselves in such a way, and they had a large collection of quality photos to choose from, it seems unlikely that they'd choose a quick (old) mobile phone snap taken in the bathroom. Whereas someone wanting to use someone else's photo (for whatever reason) might well choose such a picture. Just some thoughts on the subject ...
