Don't listen to that guy. He obviously has no idea what he's talking about. First go to the gym everyday for 3 hours each and get big. Then shave your dick. Then get a boner and put a light paperback book on it and lift it with your cock 30 times per day in set of 10 until you can lift one volume of an encyclopedia five times in a row. Then shave and bleach your asshole. Then get a manicure and shave off the rest of your body hair. Get an entry lvl J.O.B. for a company in the industry ( for me it was shipping/duping tapes) . Make yourself available and willing to work. Help out whenever possible, and get paid to learn. When the oppurtunity comes up, and you are willing, give it 110 %, you'll get asked to do more work. BUT, and I can't stress this enough, have a J.O.B. that pays your bills while you chase that dream.
