It's taken about a month but I have finally finished my hard rock band's first official music video. It's called, "Livid All Along" and it's just this side of retarded and also a little creepy...

in a retarded way.

You have three options for viewing listed in in order from lowest resolution to highest.

Ok... I'll go back and fix that - what do you like? I have a Pearl 14", a Pork Pie 12" piccolo snare, an old timey 13" from a beat up Ludwig kit... I'll hop on down to Guitar Center and pick up a real deep Tama if you'd prefer.

Do whatever you gotta do. Simply didn't like the snare drum, that's all. Maybe go down to American Guitar and buy some thicker skin, or a less fragile ego if they have one on sale.

You know what? I've been thinking about it and I just gotta say screw that... what the hell am I supposed to with that kind of input? I mean seriously - I put a little rock video together and I get some shmuck telling me he doesn't like the snare. THE SNARE? And what if the snare was to your liking? Would you have nothing to say at all? I mean, the only thing you could think to say was something negative, something far beyond my control?
You have the right to espouse whatever opinion you wish but come on man you're giving me junior high feedback. When's the last time you put something into this world? Show me your last recording - the one where god brought in his snare and you had Neil Pert behind the skins for a couple of hours... jeezus.

The video itself is full of weird little flaws - things that are actually worth picking on and I gotta sit here and deal with 'the snare'.

Kind of 90's Marilyn Manson -esque.. But i liked it. My kind of music, along with a lot of other shit. (i used to do the musical thing also, lol)
