thumbsplus from cerious.com is probably the easiest way to manage your pics and resize them. I'm not technical at all but can use this when needed to do most things.

Shalaya, I'm an old hand at photoshop, been using it since 1993, and I'd be glad to help if you want to PM me and send the photo(s) you want resized and cropped. The basics sound a lot more complicated than they actually are.

I just use Microsoft Photo Editor, Shalaya. It's simple to use and it came free with the computer. I rarely use Photoshop for anything nowadays.

You can usePhoto Editor to crop, resize and do some basic editing (colour, contrast and brightness).

since this seems to be a help post, i can only view mpgs on my comp not avis, and when i try to download free avi software it either doesnt work or fucks up my comp, any help appreciated...

Did you try Quicktime? It sounds like you have codec problems.
