The last time he alleged to make a similar comment it turned out to be a big hoax. No one has ever produced not even a transcript.
Unless I see it with my own eyes, or hear it I will chalk this up to another unfounded propaganda publicity stunt by someone else with an agenda.

One of the two countries already has nukes, the other desperately wants them, guess which is which. Have you heard of the 7 day war or Yom Kippur War? It's been tried and Israel is still there.
