The video that currently is linked is a time lapse video of some buildings being constructed. The news cast referenced in the OP is about Nevada legalizing male sex workers in brothels.

The idea seems to be geared towards potential female customers, but I'm pretty sure it's going to end up catering more to the "toe tapping in the public restroom" closeted gay male crowd. More power to the brothels, if it works out.

somehow you took a news article about a Nevada brothel getting a tentative green light to have some male prostitutes into the opening a whole new brothel featuring TS.

It would be hard for someone not familiar with the casino business to understand the vetting process and the amount of regulations involved. A well known brothel owner said that process pales in comparison with what a brothel owner goes through to get cleared to open or run a brothel. So a simple answrer is no, there isnt a TS brothel opening here anytime soon.

The fact they don't have female reproductive organs is the issue. Nevada prostitutes have to submit to a pap smear, which obviously a TS can't offer.
