The name she uses is the same name she used on Jerry Springer; Gianna, or more widely known as Princess Gianna. She has posted her on the forum, but I believe that its been a long while. She modeled for the site Shemale Yum, and maybe others.

I actually once was visiting Chicago and stayed in a suite on the same floor of some guests of Jerry Springer. One of the guests was this white guy who was dating someone black who he did not know that he was dating a transsexual. I met this "girl" later and there was no way this person could pass or the other dude could not have known. The trannie looked like a lot of the Chicago TG's, mannish and clockable and had a manipulative personality. But they were from St. Louis, so maybe the woman there look and act that way, so he would be easily mistaken. I also met a pair of crazy and silly GG (since this is a HA forum, I feel I have to put that description in) twins from Iowa, who went out with me later that night, but they acted so stupid and gave all the indications of being underage, so I took them back to the hotel. Though they did not come out and say it exactly, everyone’s story did not sound plausible. We did hang out for a few days/nights and no one acted like the people on the show normally act like, with the fights and the craziness..

Jerry Springer's shows are as fake as the WWE (Pro Wrestling)
I know a guy that did the show and it is all staged. He played a guy that was sleeping with his girlfriends mother and his brother was sleeping with his girlfriend. It was a big fake fight, nothing real.
The only thing real on this one is that she is a T-girl that escorts.

I think after the murder after the Jenny Jones show they all started to fake it.
