What he says there is what every whorehound (whether looking for GGs or TGs) who goes to third world countries to buy cheap sex says about every country they go to (or to be more clear, whichever their favorite country is). Of course that's it for a lot of them. If you go to most of the Carribean, women come up to men and talk to them. There's also this whole "middle ground" of "professional company" because the country is so poor. there's lots of "sex for...." down there. It's not necessarily sex for money, but it's sex for anything. I know one guy in the DR who had a girl give him a BJ in his car simply because it was raining and she didn't want to stand outside and get wet.

But as far as sex with children, it's also culturally different in these places. You'd be shocked at how high a percentage have had kids by 14 or 15. A 14 YO virgin is almost a rarity.
