A friend of mine needs to have an operation on her nose.
She broke her nose some years ago, she was operated but she had pains and the cartilage of her nose started to move down after a few years.
She had another operation a couple of years ago and the situation improved, but the doctor told her that she was going to need a final operation because he couldn't do everything in one step.
Now, she would like to get finished with her nose and to have her myopia corrected... without spending a lot of money.
I suggested her to search for surgeons in Thailand, because I had read that many people here went there for their operations...
Have you got any other suggestions?

I would like to apologise for my English, but I've had a high fever in the last two days and my brain is not really working well... not even in Italian...
