Hit the print screen button, or if you have it use your snipping tool.

I did press the print screen button and nothing happend.That is the button left of the scroll lock button,right?

This shit is all new to me.

When you hit prt screen it gets sent to your clipboard. You can then paste it into paint (via accessories) and save as a jpeg, attach and we'll all be happy.
