great photos man.

although i can't help but think she's gotten too thin for her frame. i much preferred the carla of old, when she had a bit more weight and nice curves and a much more natural face. more akin to the second set you have posted but even more so.

she's starting to go overboard on the surgery slightly, let's hope she doesn't go too far!
