the database can probably be fixed with a 3 word command:

REPAIR TABLE 'table_name';

from the mysql CLI

Maybe it's jsut me but these debug issued seemed to appear right after the mods slapped down the ban sticks.

maybe harmless, but I freak out whenever I see them

Roaches can cause food poisoning as well as shed body parts and fecal matter(roach dust) around food,eating and sleeping areas which can cause asthma attacks.
