I don't think its really possible. From what I understand they usually use the most sensitive part of the penis (glans) to help form the clit area. I don't see how they could induce a extra highly sensitive area on the inside of the shaft once inverted. Especially when the women have to work so hard to make sure that new vagina doesn't seal shut on them. I think most of the women are just happy to have a functional/realistic looking vagina. Which is rare. Danielle Foxxx's is probably the best looking I have ever seen but she is the exception. So I guess the post ops of the future have good things to look forward to but being able to orchestrate a g spot on a pre op seems a long ways away. You can give them money and I am sure most would take it... but if you feel anything special it will probably be the placebo effect.
