Near the top of the page there should be text that says "Profile". Click on it. Near the bottom there should be a section titled "Avatar control panel". It should give you the option to upload a picture. This is probably the strictest one since the file cant be "no greater than 200 pixels, and the file size no more than 24 KB" yet also the easiest. You can also post a slightly larger image. Upload a picture to this thread, then copy the image location, and then paste that information in the "Link to off-site Avatar:" Profile area. The max width of any avatar should be no wider than 300x. Any bigger and it usually makes the screen look funny.
