Just found this board, very cool.

Used to live in NYC, but only went to the peep shows with t-girls in times square (early 90s). Loved the peep shows that didn't have glass partitions. Moved away before Giuliani ruined the favorite parts of the city.

Visited in Spring 2004 (or was it 2003?) and went to Edelweiss. Not many people, but it was early. Took a gorgeous, big breasted latina that didn't speak very good English upstairs for oral on a couch. We were the only ones upstairs. (To answer another thread, she looked as good/better in person than any picture).

So parties are the scene now? Is Edelweiss still open?

On another topic, are the eros guides safe, from a legal perspective? Why not setup stings with fake pictures, or make appts. with girls and arrest them? Have looked at the ads many times, but never called to make an appt.

You want a guarantee of legality for ads which clearly imply (though rarely state) that the activity is illegal? Good luck! Seriously, the best recourse is to browse Eros for girls of interest, then check their reviews at SER (shemaleescortreviews.com) to see what others have said about any girl(s) you're attracted to. There are good guidelines there as well as to how to approach the situation.

I always figured there must be some sneaky way for the guy to give the girl the money. I mean, it's absurd that escorting is illegal in the first place, but I'd have to think there would be some loopholes invented by now to smooth the transaction.

Actually, all the ideas I'm thinking up right now have serious flaws for either the girl or the guy, opportunities for some shady business. Maybe it's best not to even post publicly about it, keep it on the down low, as it were.

Hey, there's something else I just thought of. Are there any TS brothels in Nevada, where it's legal? I've never heard of any.

Boy just hearing about the parties make me wonder what its really like. I've never been to a TS party ... been to others (typical lock door or after party scene) ... I wonder if its as much?

to be honest it's just a party with people, if you look at it that way you'll know every party has it's characters, it's quiet reserved types, and it's loud muhfuckas

The sneaky way that is customary is to place the money in an unmarked envelope on the dresser or night table. In my experience, the girls don't look at or handle the envelope let alone the money in the presence of the guy. If you excuse yourself to use the bathroom, she might check then. However, there are of course risks here, mostly for the girl: I've been told by several girls about guys who cheat by leaving say one twenty on top and 9 or 14 singles (whatever the rate is) under it in the envelope. This of course sucks. Also, I know of stings where the john has gone into the bathroom only to call his le cohorts to raid the room. So the girls really are taking some chances here.

By the way, escorting is not illegal and, as Allanah has commented several times, even requires a license in some (most?) states. What's illegal is paying for sex or soliciting for sex for pay. Of course, I think it's absurd that someone can sell their time, but not their body (at least not for sex). Forced prostitution (whether of teenagers or by a pimp who keeps the bulk of the girl's take, etc.) is heinous, but what two adults do by mutual consent? Crazy.

Hmm, I don't know about TS brothels in particular. Interesting question. I'll bet there are brothels where you can get TS service, though. So long as it's not within incorporated city limits.

In most states, including NY it is illegal to "consent" to perform sexual favours in exchange for payment. Consent can be anything from batting eyes, to getting undress and or turning down the bed. Money does not actually have to be exchanged or seen per some state statues, only the fact that one "agreed" to perform "X" for "$$". If you go down to any court house and read the records of prosie cases, you will see the complaint usually states a person agreed to perform a sex act for a certian amount of money. Heck many LE have a standard form where the officer ticks off the act and fills in the price requested.

The above is why old school girls NEVER gave more than location and rate over the telephone or any other form of contact. Long conversations about what one will do for $$ is just plain stupid. That sort of chat about quid pro quo is what LE records to begin making a case not only for a bust, but to have the case stand up at trial.

Contrary to popular belief even if one does not touch the funds, it does not matter. If funds are given and one starts or consents in any way to perform a sexual act that is all needed to bust. Weather the bust will stand up in court is another matter, but as most cases are pleaded out anyway this is small beer.

Also contrary to popular belief asking a person to touch an escort before taking funds is is NOT a foolproof method to avoid LE either. In some states, such as LA, by statue an LE can touch a suspected escort if involved in purposes of and undercover operation/bust. Some states also allow LE to get fully undressed as well, so that method is not fool proof either.

Bathrooms,

Yes, LE is famous for asking to use the bathroom to signal the rest of the team that the deal has gone down and its' "on". Word has spread about this and is why so many girls dont like or even allow dates to use their bathrooms unless the are 100% sure.

Hey, there's something else I just thought of. Are there any TS brothels in Nevada, where it's legal? I've never heard of any.

Well, the brothels are legal in certain counties. Clark County (where Las Vegas is) it is illegal because of the population. According to state law, if the population is more than 250,000 people, prostitution is illegal. If it is under 250,000, it's legal.

As far as TS brothels or brothels with TS service, you would need to call the brothels and find ot if they allow that sort of thing. I've never seen any of the brothels menus offer anal sex as an option, and even then, it may be strictly up to the woman in question.
