There's a few places in Philly, the best of which have probably already been said, but just going about my business on South Street and the vicinity I always come across some girls. Now, they may not be quite your cup of tea (have to put that out there right off the top), as you can't miss them usually. There are those you will miss though, if you're looking for obvious signs. They tend to congregate in the clubs already mentioned, though the others do as well. Good luck.
