that trans women do.

They may have it injected into their buttocks, hips, calves, cheeks, etc.

Genetic males and pre op transsexuals may have silicon injected into
their penis to increase girth.

Genetic men may also have silicon injected into their pectoral muscles,
calves, etc., as well.
