10 more pounds and I am there.
I look almost skinny now.
I dont know what I weigh since I dont weigh myself I just look at my abs and the six pack is coming in strong now.
Once I get all the FAT off I will put some muscle back on.
I am looking VERY VERY good. :D

..- it's real difficult to put muscle on a dieted down and cut physique..the energy wont be there. If you want to add lot's of muscle mass...it's usually easier to eat and lift heavy first...then do lots of cardio later to get rid of the fat.

Im losing the fat first.....I use to lift everyday in the military and was a lot bigger.
Im dieting hard now and sometimes dont even have energy to run but my abs are looking sharper.
I see lots of guys who are big but have guts....I use to be that guy you know that could lift the most weight in the gym....
I just want to be lean now......being bigger doesnt help you boxing skills a whole lot.

Yeah..i've been lifting for years...never quite achieved the physique you're sporting in your pics..never really got into hardcore bodybuilding per-se...too time consuming...just the basic: "I got a job but lifted weights at the gym or work or at home whenever I got the chance and the wife didn't interfere or work or back surgery or broken arms and shit until I got fairly older and now do more cardio , but still lift to maintain a decent shape "- kinda workout..lol.

Excuses are like assholes. I rarely spend more than 5 hours a week in the gym. The difference comes from the discipline used the other 23 hours of the day. And the big beef I have with your original statement is that it is a re-iteration of old bodybuilding dogma, recycled and regurgitated since the eighties, and dis regarding if not willfully ignoring anything that has come to light since then. While I find the OP's goal and way of persuing it ill thought out. But having people weigh in with the old "bulk now, cut with cardio later" is pretty ridiculous and out of date.

Congrats I guess. Been trying to motivate myself to get in shape also.

For those saying its bad to start out skinny and then get ripped.... I guess it depends on the body you want. Sometimes those are the people who can achieve the "best" results. Usually very fast also. No, they probably wont look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime but they often times turn out looking like the Abercrombie and Fitch or underwear models that 95% of the women out there prefer. I wish I was skinny and simply needed to lift a couple weights and do a couple situps to get some definition. Unfortunately I am the epitome of Husky or Thick. Naturally very muscular and strong but also with a gut and access fat. Even if I tried I could never look like those guys. Even if I did 4 hours of cardio every day.

Number 1

GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!

Start by taking walks...1mile then 2 then 3....I met a lady friday a black woman and we got to talking.
She saw me jumping rope and asked me where I got it.
I said "I ordered it from TITLE boxing but I can give you one".
As we walked to my car she told me she was 60 years old and she was not small but said she can jump rope and when she walks its for 5 miles!

The people that inspire me the most(other than haterz) are old people.

So.
Start walking and then running....THERE IS NO WAY AROUND RUNNING.
Its the best thing for losing weight.
I run 3-5 times a week...between 4-6.5 miles and Im getting better.

2.Drink lots of water.

I drink a gallon of water a day but I work out multiple times during the day so its easy.

3.Lay off all dairy and sodas and fast food.

This is a hard one but you wont lose unless you do...I say dial in your dieting slowly and gradually....you cant cut out everything suddenly and hope to maintain that....you have to do it gradually.
I also eat TONS of fish and turkey and chicken.
Veggies are essential and I eat lots of fruit(no jokes please)
Try to eat at least 3 pieces of fruit a day to start and then eat more when you can!

4.Do some other exercise other than running.
Run yes but also do other forms of exercise such as yoga or boxing or even lite weight lifting.
I think boxing training is great because it tones you up like nothing else.....you WONT GET BULKY you will lose.

Also do lots of situps because thats good for you core especially the back.
My routine is I do 500 situps....the last time I did 305 without stopping and got the rest with 2 more sets.
My goal is to do 500 without stopping a 1000 situps total.

5.Be consistent

Without this you will go nowhere

6.Stay motivated.

This is the most important thing....because if your motivated you will put forth the effort

well i was wanting to lose another 10 pounds but stress at my former job and other things, kinda slammed me into a brick wall and now it has turned into another 20 pounds I would like to lose. I have slowly entered back into the workout and dieting world, cut out 90% fast food, eating fresher items. and cut back on my drinking... not cut out, I am of Scot/Irish stock :lol:

I am back up to 215 and I want to get down to at LEAST 190.
I am doing more weights right now but I am going to change gyms REAL soon.
My current membership runs out the end of this month.
Im build "real solid from all the gym work" like my boy drock the tranny cock rocker.
I was down to 202 but felt so skinny at that weight.

I was a solid 215, but tore my ACL for the third time, and ended up an ugly 220, fat stomach and all. Something I never had to worry about in my life, after all the football and basketball. I started playing sand volleyball, and dropped down to 200. I feel like I am a little too thin at that weight. I would rather be 215 and muscle, but my weight lifting motivation just isn't there. I just don't give enough of a shit right now to stay in the gym. I'll go here and there, but not enough to counteract all the cardio I am doing. Therefore, I weigh 200. It ain't bad, but I could be better.
