Anyone ever had any luck with any supplements or adding foods to your dietary intake that resulted in a bigger cum load? I've tried all kinds of things. Currently making sure I get at least 1 gallon of water a day and ZMAG ( a zinc, magnesium supplement). The loads aren't much bigger but the color is a very pretty, healthy, almost snowy, white. So I've got supermodel loads, they just need to be BIGGER.

This is what works for me, a dietary supplement called Chromium Picolinate and eating boiled shrimp once a week.

You mean Clomid. Steroid users use it when coming off a cycle. It's actually a fertility drug for women, it kick starts a dudes testicles which pretty much shut down while so much testosterone is being supplied by injections. Now you know. Way more than you wanted to I bet.

Been wondering about this myself. I think I recall some vitamins helping. In particular ZINC. I have read eating amino acids and dairy foods helps. I have also read that wheat germ does wonders. The only thing that I have actually tried myself is going 3+ days without "release". It is usually impressive when I finally do cum. I try to keep things natural although I am tempted to try the above information to try and get that result every time every day.

Yes I have. My gf and I tested it out a few times and it does work. But it is slightly more watery than usual (but not too much). If what you are looking for is quantity, try it out. At least it is not a drug or supplement.

Yes. Go at least 48 hours w/o shooting. Key.--

Doesn't hurt -- if you have good control -- to masturbate just to the point of orgasm a couple times during this period. Use an Aneros. (Google.)

On the day you need a serious pop take a few *grams* of a high quality l-arginine on an *empty stomach.*

An hour before action take 180 mg. of OptiZinc --Source Naturals makes the best product -- OptiZinc is much better than any Zinc supp. that contains significant magnesium -- you don't want the light neural inhibition brought about by significant mag...

Healthy diet, multivitamin every morning, and stay hydrated; probably better than anything herbal, supplement or vitamin cocktail. Zinc can be dangerous in high doses or when not balanced by Copper supplement.

Yes. That's why if you're going to megadose zinc to enhance your flow, you best take OptiZinc which is ideally copper balanced. And occasional megadoses will not hurt you. Many, many studies show safety at much higher dosages than the RDA.
