Diet isn't a God's job, it's pretty easy and all you need is eat and eat a lot, right food.

I did try to get 4000kcal/day from right carb-fat-protein balance and it was pretty fucking hard to eat that much. My fatless weight is 89kg (196.2lbs) so I should eat even more than that.

She's just lean & fit. C'mon y'all. She's 51 years old & been a star for 27 years. The baby fat is long gone. Anything she puts on now never goes away. She's got smarts, talent, & more money than God. I don't think she's all that worried about trying to live up to somebody elses ideal of feminine beauty. At her age, it would seem she's more attuned to her health & longevity. Everybody gets old, or wants to, because the alternative is... well, you know... Dying. She's old enough to be "Mom" to a lot of y'all, & she can probably run circles around most.

Female, age 50 yo (Madonna's age +50 ?), 160cm tall, 45kg weight (very thin). Normal day, more active than desktop job.
Low volume exercise 60min/day (normal walk etc.)
Normal volume exercise 60min/day (fast walk, not sportwalk)
Volume ecercise 20min/day (gym etc.)
Hard ecercise 20min/day (running, squash etc)

If You don't want to get or lose weight You must eat 2011 kcal/day. Your body burns 1490 kcal even if You don't do nothing just lay on a bed.

So You can think about 1000kcal diet, it's not a healthy for anyone.

But well.. anyone can do what they want :shock:
