What kinds of surgeries?
I like a girl who's had her tonsils removed.

(sorry Mandy, I don't know if you've had your tonsils removed, but this hot pic of you illustrates my idea).

These pics are real! This story was on American Justice not long ago on the A&E channel. This TG woman and boyfriend were on trial for murder for illegal silicone pumping that resulted in a black TG woman dying.
The black TG in the last pic was one of their patients that testified against them.

If I remember right, she received 6 years in prison and was raped many times. I think her boyfriend served a year.

I have to say even when I was up and coming and I read transformation magazine, I was amazed by Rachaels whole look. The last time I say her was at Allanah's bithday party last year. she took the thick sexy volumpious look to a whole other level. Beyond reality! You know what guys, the older I get the more I embrace that look and persona. I don't care anymore about being passable, realisticly speaking, that never would have happened, I will always look trans. And I have now come to embrace and accept that! I had alot of silicone work done, I enjoy being on stage, and I love the ultral feminine Latina sexy ma i look. Then I started escorting. Clients wanted a girl with work and a hard dick. And if it didn't get hard or cum, they would go on review boards, rate you low and call you a rip off. So I never took hormones, I just got pumped and had a few face nips and tucks.
Then last year around the holidays, I had a job and a boyfriend. And I started escorting less and i started taking hormones.
Its been 6 months straight that I get my shot every 2 weeks, so my natural body fat mixed well with my silicone, and I have a somewhat softer look. I also invested in body laser to make my legs and ass silky smooth! So now that my job and the bad relationship is over, I'm adapting to my newer look and actually plan on having a little more work done. I have also been told by guys who are tops that the new look makes them not abled to resist! So I've noticed that my clientele is shifting more from bottoms to tops. But for those guys who like my cock, I will always be here for ya too!
So girls get work done. Make yourself happy. If you look in the mirror and dont like what u see, and can get it fixed go for it!!!!!
Cheers to the girls like Allanah, Rachael, Nilsa, Amanda Lepore and a few other BODY queens out there.
This is the only life we have and its a new day. The sooner we accept ourselves for being different and special and nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of, eventually society will come around and give us our respect!

Here is how I see it...

When I started hormones and my transition 15 years ago the beauty ideas for a ts body was different than what I see it now for a lot of ts girls.

Back then, the inspirations for most of the girls were the pageant beauty queens and show girls- the Monica Munro's, Mimi Marks, Maya Douglas, Tandy Andrews- etc, etc. Girls who were no much surge queens, but had bodeeeeeeeeee.

Having you body 'done' was a status symbol of woman hood. Gone was the boy shape and now you had a female shape impossible (still is) to get any other way for most of us. If you were lucky enough you may have achieved the 'body beautiful' status- which meant you had bodeeeeeeeee.

In those days there was no internet like there is now, no boards , no info, no widespread knowledge of FFS. All you knew was hormones, basic surgery, implants, silicone, and electrolysis.

SO yea my standard of beauty and idea may be considered hyperfeminine but that was the status quo of when I started. It's taken my that long to get as much as I have and I still do my touch ups.

These days a lot more girls are interested in looking natural and less surged, and I think that is also a reflection of the bringing of transsexualism and surgery and the secrets of the life to the widespread public- which was not then.

The bottom line is you have one life to live and you should look the way you want during it. There is no one to please but yourself when it comes down to that.

Whatever your choices may be- just make wise ones.

Life is not all about one look- you can be real time cunt, or sex syren or a cartoon character.

That is the beauty of CHOICE.

Ok what's the big deal that a TS girl wants to change some part of HER body? So the fuck whatever, everyday in this country and around the world GG get a nip here and a tuck there and no one really gives a shit except skeptics on plastic surgery. If making yourself feel pretty with a little work or alot, then go for it. It's your body, do what you want with it. Just try not to go overboard and hurt yourself.

It is a disease, but it's not confined to transsexuals. Many people with severe BDD become obsessed with surgical procedures. Sometimes with the worst possible consequences.

I have heard the arguments about "choice" from people who have rendered themselves grotesque and unrecognizable. Who have alienated their families and friends.

And I have heard these same arguments from hairy-armed stick-girls who have died from the consequences of anorexia.

Life is not only about *oneself* or one's appearance. It requires more courage to change in the mind and persist in that change than to abandon all convention and become a "cartoon character."

You are wise beyond your years blonde sweetheart and I hope your attitudes become the new "choice."

You are wise beyond your years blonde sweetheart and I hope your attitudes become the new "choice."

Stating that all people who have a lot of surgery are BDD, or comparing it to an eating disorder is not a just statement. Some people are just extremely vain and that is expressed through surgery.

For transsexuals, life is indeed mostly about one's appearance because one is trying to modify their appearance to fit some sort of mold. In fact it can be argued that our life is all about appearance because most of us spend a life time trying to change the outside to match the inside. All of us, no matter how minimal-modify ourselves to some extent.

Becoming a 'cartoon character' through surgery, if one wo wishes, is no different than a person who chooses to coverr their entire body with tattoos. It's just a different form of self expression and body modification.

A different aesthetic and a different standard of beauty is all.

Not everyone wants to be convetional or be mediocre.

I am not here to advise anyone to look surged, nor am I the 'make all trannys surged brigade'- I am simly defending people's right to do so if they so wish.

And I respect those that share a different aesthetic.

certainly but i think youll have to agree that most of not all of these girls posted here will be easily identifiable as not natural
also some do have a look that is very much exaggerating the features youll find on a "normal" girl which is a basic part of what makes a good caricature

whether that makes them recogniseable as being transsexual is a different matter obviously but people will certainly notice that their look isnt all genes

well i think you should refer to Allanah's excellent reflections on that issue.

many born-females dont seriously consider surgery the way transgirls do.
so its really about being whatever KIND of woman you want to be.
Maybe there are many females who would like to exaggerate their features too, but its not really something in their realm.
..and of course there are many that actually DO.

i think some girls already said that passing isnt always top priority.

if someone told me i couldnt have surgery and the look i'm after if i wanted to pass, i'd choose not to pass.

passing is a plus. but i want what i want.

I love it too! I think it is supper sexy. These ladies looks good.
It's nice to see women who care so much about being beautiful.

In fact I think that a tax write off for 100% of cosmetic surgery costs should be included in any national health care plan.

Sure you can get carried away, like that lady who had her face transformed to look like a cat but, that's just some crazy shit.

I think whether or not a girl goes for the Playboy look depends on her role models. Mine didn't come from Playboy. Mine were mostly strong females with classic natural beauty like Capt. Janeway of Voyager and Samantha Carter of Stargate SG-1. I know it's geeky, but I still try to be like them.

As long as you have the money and its something that's been bothering you for while then why not? Unless I have to pay I really cant say shit about it. The only time it really bothers me is when they get breast implants even though they already have great natural ones. Like Tera Patrick, Jodie Marsh, Pamela Anderson, Veronica Zemanova, Sunny Leone, etc... Often times they still look great but its like taking a Kobe steak and cooking it until its charred and beyond well-done... then using it in a stew. Its still going to be good but its just plain wrong and a waste.

I just wish the plastic surgery industry would catch up for men. It would be great to go in one day with a small pecker and leave with some Lexington Steele action going on in your pants. Sadly we're not there yet.
