Im with you! However, looks and having millions are 2 different things. Furthermore, being a good business woman does not always necessarily translates to millions. Aren't people being sued all the time more than they're actually worth?

Just goes to prove the point I was trying to make. People will believe things they read online, even if they are not real.

Vicki said something completely false about me on her board. I took offense to it because it made me look like a liar and hypocrite. It might have been intended as a joke, but it wasn't taken that way by the majority of her members.

When she refused to admit it was false or apologize, I effectively stopped participating on the board, by posting this news release.

At direction of counsel, I have to make the following statement

It has been brought to our attention that the former owner of this site has violated a specific. material non dislosure and confidentiality clause in our agreement by referring to it is as a stunt or prank and by her continuing allegations that I am providing moral and emotional support to persons associated with a religion associated with terrorists.

After several cease and desist letters and consultation with counsel, and an emergency petition to Judge Smails, we are sorry to report that the agreement is now null and void and the matter is now being fast tracked for trial. Subpoena's are being issued, for all active members personal attendance at videotaped depositions and for production of all hard drives and other electronic media. We had requested that all this be done under seal, but there was a motion filed by AVN, citing the public's right to know, so we are advised that witness lists and transcipts, including video, and hard drive contents will be made public.

It is regretful that it has come to this.
