Well, my thought is your post is kinda rambling and not at all clear. But, I say yes, it is your responsibility to let any partners know if fucking you could kill them. Some people might know they have HIV and not tell their partners, but those people are potentially killers. The more I think about it, the more ridiculous this seems. There is no question.
