I must admit some confusion here. It was stated that the first girl posted in this thread is now post-op, and a pic was provided but it doesn't look like the same girl to me. I'm attaching two examples, labeled pre and post. Did she get breast reduction to go along with her SRS?

Incidentally I know this girl not from Trans sites but from ATK Natural and Hairy, in fact you can find a tgp page that doesn't mention her T at all here:
