good idea on making money bad idea for the consumers(sellers)....
the most you can recieve is 4500. meaning you bought a yukon denali only thing thats bad is the rack and pinion(springs struts)- of course you want to replace it...but the cost is around bs number -7k not worth it sometimes...So you decide let me sell it to the government all you can recieve is that 4500....Nothing more maybe less...
