no the kneecap itself is fine, my problem is i cant bend my knee backwards fully ... i have enought mobility to kneel in an upright postion, all fouvs but i can lean back on thje knee :(

My phsyio tells me she thinks that the tendons/knee still have more to give and i should get a couple of inches give still... I will never have the same flexibitly in my left leg as the right though :( as i destroyed my knee quite badly...I walk ok i guess, bit of limp if i have to walk far...and i cant walk down stairs fast yet, though we think thtas more in my mind and just have to trick my brain into moving the knee properly :(

but i guess its ok .

Have you been doing your pt in a pool? Working out in water is less stressful on your joints and you get great resistance. Thats what we do w/ seniors whom have had knee surgery at work.

One of mine used to do that. It's got better over the years but there are mornings when both my knees refuse to bend, as if they're "out of joint".

well being as i am not model perfect looks wise at the moment (it will come eventually hehe) i have to compensate and i feel i have a unique personality that carries me off :)
