Only one way to do this ... Old school adventure game! Like Monkey Island , Grim Fandango or Leisure Suit Larry. Multiple endings / partners , unlimited replayability and easy to pick up controls.

i also think an Rpg would be fitting for this board but it would have to incorporate some first person shooter aspects for those times when you just cant deal with certain posters.

I think a game like Streets of Rage or Final Fight would be best...with bosses...and 4 girls to choose from...Allanah Starr, Jennifer Justice, Mimi (with hairspray mace powerup), Kelly Shore and they fight various bosses and then of course bang them.

Too funny I have thought that if I had any patience and skill with modding I would try my hand at a Transexual tribe of warriors in a village for Oblivion or fallout 3, it would of course have to have adult rating and as you prove your worth with accomplishing missions you can move up the rank of hooking up with the hierarchy of the village ladies.

The Leisure Suit Larry idea is good. Maybe with a Canis Canem Edit (aka Bully) style of play.

You could play half the game as a guy seeking a tranny girlfriend, and the other half as a girl transitioning and all the steps she has to overcome on her path to becoming a girl.

With multiple endings...does she transition all the way to SRS? Does she have any surgery on her breasts? Does she do porn to raise money? etc.
