No, some people just wake up after a long night of drinking to find they're not there anymore. :roll:

Yes it requires a surgical procedure, bilateral orchirectomy is the removal of the testes. Some people will also take some of the sack tissue off/out but thats a uber bad idea if you have any intentions of getting SRS. Supporn will flat out show you the door if the sack skin has been removed (his site says this). Its normal for the sack to get smaller from hrt or after an orchi, but that doesn't make the skin tissue 100% disappear. Having something to work with, even if it isn't alot, is way better then nothing at all- which is why so many surgeons will look down at the idea of trying srs on someone without any sack.
