Now who on here can actually cook? Now when I say cook I don't mean microwaving a TV dinner I mean somebody that can actually cook some real good food. Like you moms or grandma taught you are you went a culinary school.

i made myself learn, of course with the help of my mother, because eating out all the time can be expensive plus, home cooked foods are the best..i'm not a pro or anything though..i make mostly latin dishes(dominican style). YUMMY!

Why is this just for the ladies? I enjoy cooking and can assure anyone whom I invite for dinner that they will not be unhappy with the food.

My mother was quite firm in her belief that she should not send her sons out into the world incapable of looking after themselves. A good philosophy, if you ask me.

That is good for you but I could give a rats ass if a guy can cook or not. No offense btw.

when I watch Rachel Ray on TV it doesn't look that complicated
the hard part is knowing how to buy the stuff in the supermarket.
I'm lost when I leave the cookie isle

A few years ago all I could do is burn anything beyond use, even toast.

Since then I've picked up a few things that I can do without totally butchering them. But, if I had to cook everything for a week I wouldn't be able to go a week without repeating what I've done.

My mom was a 'party girl' (to say it nicely) most of my childhood.
I took an interest in Martin Yan and the FoodNetwork in its infancy.
I picked up on a lot of stuff.

I've been doing pretty much ALL the cooking in my house since i was 12.

i'm really good.

Every time I've been whupped over some pussy, it was always a female who knew her way around a kitchen.

I used to mess with this down SOuth white chick back in the day who after a night of clubbing, would bring back three or for friends to her crib and whip up an IHOP menu.

Biscuits, waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, etc.

It was a trip because she was drunk off her ass too, and would float around the kitchen making food magically appear on top of her stove.

Cooking is the lost are of seduction that more women IMO would be better off learning.
