Driving while black is a felony in Oklahoma, apparently. Worse than this Texas cops recently ticketed Ronnie Coleman for speeding and then charged him for impersonating a police officer when Coleman showed them his ID as a former P.O.

Well, Oklahoma is more socially conservative than texas.

It used to be a crime for gays to have adopted children in that state. The state would consider any kids adopted by gays to be orphans, would "capture" them and throw them in foster homes... even if the family was from out of state and simply passing through the state.

Hey Danielle et al...

I dont know about other states but here in MA, being a firefighter & EMT, my power trumps a police officers unless the officers is a more senior EMT. In that situation, he "owns" it. He better have some serious documentation and reason that he wouldnt allow her to go to the hospital and seek medical attention. If she gets worse or dies, he's open to the worlds biggest law suit and possible jail.

The only think I can think of is something like her being a danger to public safety. I dont know why she's in the ambulance in the first place or what happened before the video started. In that case, you'd want to place her under arrest and have a police officer escort her "in custody" in the ambulance.

Also, I dont know why the EMT put his hands into the officers face. That's the last thing he should have done. It got him choked and restrained... albeit a little over the top.

Being a volunteer EMT you see alot of stuff like this. It disgusts me when the pigs think they're above the law.
