Legend, that's just not true. The IP address will reveal the ISP, certainly, but not the individual computer, in most cases anyway. Most ISPs give out a generic IP address which will not allow someone looking to identify either the actual user or the user's location--and this is without using any of the nifty little tricks to mask IPs that can be used. Also, networks have their own IPs, which again can mask a computer's IP. Anonymous might be Jhaniah, but could be someone on the same WiFi network or even with the same ISP. (This is why record companies etc trying to find file sharers actually have to ask the ISP who they are. You can't know for sure just from the IP.)

BTW I don't know who Anonymous is but I don't think it's Moni. Lots of people hate Moni because she was really good at needling them; this Anonymous is an amateur by comparison. But maybe she's out of practise. :shrug
