Careful, if you do that wrong you can tare the piecing out of the nipple, effectively splitting it in half.

i have been taking my hormones now since last summer (end of it) my nipples have doubled in size and are now puffy as well if that makes sense...Also having implants stretches them alittle bit as well ....
