from what I gather, there's no pay structure on that site. As Icarus said it's free to sit there...but when the user wants to see more they initiate a Yahoo or MSN session and they pay the webcam model through paypal.

Seems like a good system. Cam4 gets web traffic for their banner ads, the girls get a free cam service and paypal is the medium for them to make money.

I have seen girls do it on Cam4 for free though. Some people are just exhibitionists .
