If I understand you correctly..you are asking why beautiful transsexuals don't arouse you ..but homelier (or perhaps, less passable) ones do.

No one can really answer that except for you. It's hard to determine what exactly arouses a person, and why..beyond the physical aspect. Everyone has a lot of stuff going on in they're heads that really determines what they like sexually..physical attributes aside. You have to determine for yourself what it is you really like..and learn to be comfortable with that and not worry so much as to what label that makes you, be it gay, bisexual, heterosexual but kinky, etc......(and as long as what you are doing doesn't harm anyone..lol)

One final note:looks are relative...one person's ideal of physical beauty doesn't necessarily match anothers (you know-"beauty is in the eyes of the beholder",blah,blah,blah..)...find out what you like in a girl...and go with that...labels be damned.

Stress causes erectile dysfunction, and I think the OP is affected by a well-documented stress reaction, not restricted to encounters between men and transwomen, but quite common between men and beautiful natal women, that appears to be a form of performance anxiety that goes something like this:

"God she's so beautiful--I bet she's had some real studs--I really want to impress this girl--I want to have her so much--I better not fuck this up--Hello? Where did my erection go? Damn!"

2. Do you wake up with an erection?

3 .Do you smoke?
4. Do you have diabetes or family history of diabetes?
