I have to admit the movie was MUCH better than I'd thought it would turn out to be. Glad to see Marvel got that Ratner crap out of their system because whoever directed this was great.

I managed to compress it down to 508 megs as an mp4 and throw it on my iPhone

I watched it last night got it off btjunkie, torrent site. It is DVD quality but it isn't finish so during some fight scenes you can see the wires holding them up and towards the end a lot of the backgrounds are missing which kind of spoilt it as it seems like it will be a great finish. All in all though it is a good movie and worth downloading if you dont mind some imperfections.

If your a massive fan wait and go see it in the cinema

Got it from usenet, gotta say it wasn't too bad. Not quite sure why cyclops was there though, but aint gonna pick it apart. Will watch the final version to see how that end scene turns out once rendered properly

I jsut saw it and I haven't read up on Wolverine anymore hell the last time I bought an X-Men comic was back in 97 but that movie seemed to be a bit inaccurate.

Because it was. By like a lot.

FOX is showing multiple endings to the movie when it hits theaters in order to get more asses in the seats. I for one will save my 9.50 because I thought the writing was terrible.

It also seems alot of these comic to movie and cartoons to movies do this shit. Hollywood can eat shit and die for all I care.

It's because they need to draw in the casual fan. Casual movie goers don't know shit about comics, much less Wolverine's origin. Thats why movies like this end up inaccurate and cliche'. Some guy who takes his 10 year old to see this doesn't care if it's true to the source material. They just wanna see Wolverine kick ass. It's really sad....

If all media was made for the enthusiasts then this world would be perfect.

Forget the theatre, go to the drive in for it. Two movies, half the cost, and you don't have to worry about the seats being all sticky from peoples' gum & spilled soda. ;)
