I plan on spending some time in either San Jose, Costa Rica - Cartagena, Colombia - Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I will be taking intensive spanish courses and it seems most of the programs are comparable. I was wondering if anyone could tell me which city has the best night life and t-girls

I have never been to Cartagena, but between the other two: Buenos Aires by far!!!!
