File a DMCA complaint with CL, then use that to get her IP from CL... then go to her ISP, and you'd be able to sue her for unlawful redistribution the way the RIAA goes after gnutella mp3 sharers...

Lot of paperwork but I think the going awards for this short of thing are typically $750 per picture per distribution (don't quote me on that though, I could be wrong).
