No, Ivyqueen doesn't look like a tranny. She isn't very pretty, but then again neither is Lady Saw. She's very thin and has a deep (still womanly) voice. She doesn't look anything like a tranny.

have had some kind of facial surgery. Nose
straightening, cheek implants etc.
