Hey there, was just watching a Cosmetic surgery show where an ex porn star got her anal muscles tightened. Now I have heard of quite a few vag tightening procedures (ref to designer vagina techniques) but anal tightening. Just randomly has anyone on this site had this done and what does it entail.

Kegel and pelvic floor exercises sound more succesfull!
What are your views on anal and vaginal tightening. Would you like your wife or your tgirlfriend to get this procedure done if down the track she got to be 'loose'?
